Charming Darling
I really like the staff at this Norms. They always go above and beyond for me every time I go. They're so sweet and they always offer me a drink to go. It's that kind of commitment to a job that makes a wonderful employee. I do recommend you go there the food is great.

Called in a order then I go inside to only find out that they didn’t get my order but I had just called ten minutes prior to order. Appalled by the service I was provided at this establishment. Managers weren’t as caring as other locations won’t be coming back to This Norms again since all I wanted was loaded hash browns and scramble eggs and I wasn’t able to get the simplest of orders!!!

What can I say about Norm's. It is always packed because it is the best value for your money. Super fresh food because of the volume and a lot of it: soup, a salad, an entree, and a vegetable (baked potatoes are great!) for around $10.00-$14.00. Can't beat quality, can't beat the price, just be prepared to wait a bit before you get seated. Everybody loves Norm's!
